We rented a motorhome for 8 days for my 50th BIRTHDAY and had a lot of fun, from advice to delivery, everything was perfect, even a small necessary repair to the faucet was carried out very quickly by an organized workshop. All in all, thank you for the quick, uncomplicated service from your employees. The mobile home was beautiful and perfect. Until next time, thank you Heiko and Bettina.

For our planned trip through southern Sweden we were looking for a van, ideally with a roof tent. That's how we came across the company "Off-Camper" and were immediately convinced. The best thing about it is that there are no mileage limits. You can also book an “all-round worry-free package” so that you can start your vacation with peace of mind. The pickup and drop off went smoothly and the employees were very nice. There was also a small “welcome gift” at the beginning. We are thrilled and are already planning our next vacation!

Best service I have ever received from a rental company. Delivery went smoothly. But it was when I had to return the Van that I was met by the most charming staff ever. First, I'm way too late to return, which she quickly understands and literally runs with me to finish faster so I can catch a flight. There were several things I had forgotten to do, but the lady helped me with everything. One of the best rental companies you can find in the area. The prices are cheaper than from others, but the service is even better. Easy procedure when booking and collecting the van. The cars are in superb condition (felt like nearly new) and very comfortable. You get unlimited millage, you get a few items like food for free at the pick up and you dont need to wash the car before returning, just normal cleaning inside. The staff is really friendly, in our case it was Mirko from Halle. Thank you so much, we had a great time!

My first holiday with the camper to Denmark. From the booking via the website, where everything that awaits you is listed in detail, to the handover during collection and return, everything went extremely relaxed and professionally. When picking up/handing over, everything was explained very well by the employees, like what works or what to do if something doesn't work. The camper was in top condition and clean. The reminders via email were also very good. 1 day before collection and 1 day before return everything that still needs to be done is listed in detail. The employees in Halle are super friendly and nice. It was a very nice vacation in Denmark. It won't be my last either. Next time I would like to rent an off-camper again. :)

For the first time, we (2 girls) went on a road trip to Norway with the CamperBoys. From rental to delivery, everything was great! Everything went smoothly and the team from Halle was open and friendly at all times. We were also consistently satisfied with our camper and thrilled with the comfort and driving experience it offered us. The camper is equipped with everything you need and we didn't miss anything. I rented VW Grand California 600 for a week in June 2023 for my trip to Switzerland. The experience with CamperBoys was perfect. Since my trip was totally unplanned and last minute, no other camping van rentals were willing to cooperate in Halle and Leipzig. After many unsuccessful calls, I came across CamperBoys on the internet. The booking system is completely transparent and online. They have each and every detail mentioned on their website so that even a first timer like me can also book without stress in a few steps. 1. Go to CamperBoys website/ dl application. 2. Choose the van and the package you want and the date you want to pick up 3. Book 4. You will receive email confirmation 5. Go to the store and pick up the camper. 6. Sign the hand over protocol for vehicle(also online). 7. Receive the protocol on E-Mail 8. Enjoy the trip 9. Drop the van back and receive the email confirmation. If anything changes at any point during the whole process, all you have to do is call them. I suggest to download their application. They have a chat function in their application to which they responds even during weekends and odd hours. Since my pick up time had changed due to unforeseen reasons, I use the chat function to inform them. I choose to pick up VW grand California 600 from their store in Halle(Saale). The colleague -Mirko Hoffman there is very friendly and made sure that I know everything about the van before I had on to a week long journey. Since it was my first time renting a camper, this was really helpful for me. 5 ⭐ for service! Things that should change: 1. The cleaning fee of 100 euros is too much since the toilet cassette is anyway cleaned by the renting party. If not cleaned then there is a fine. The water tanks also must be filled while returning. Which means 100 euro is just to vacuum the car and clean the interiors?? Suggestions: Since I would like to come back as a customer in future: Instead of punishing your loyal customers by fining 200 Euros for not cleaning the toilet cassette, why don't you allow customers to clean the toilet cassette at your pick up and drop off facilities? You can of course charge a reasonable fee to use your facilities for this just like most of the camping places do. I don't want to return an unclean vehicle but what if during the last lag of the journey I cannot find such facilities? As a customer, during my return journey I was worried all the time that I have to clean the toilet and empty the gray water tank otherwise I will be fined. Even though overall my experience was perfect, i left with this negative impression at the end of the journey. Apart from this, I recommend CamperBoys to anyone wholeheartedly. I will definitely come again.
